Trx and Their Functions to Womens’ Body

For most of people, they prefer to have a wide and open place to do exercise. So for some rich people, they have a room which is specially prepared for training. That is because there needs to be a place to place the fitness equipments. But it is unnecessary for trx exercises to have a room. It is also a kind of exercise equipment. Besides, it is also a simple and easy one. Whenever and wherever people want to do exercise with it, you can put it into practice. You can do exercise at the office and also at home. So it is a kind of favorite fitness equipment for teenagers.

One of those movements that can help shaping the body is called crunch and curl. This movement focuses on biceps and abs so that it can strengthen and firm the belly. This movement is easy; you only need to place TRX on the door and close the door tightly or lock it. You have to sit on the floor facing the door and hold the trx suspension trainer and lie back on the floor. You have to bend your knees, extend your arm and flat your feet. Lift your shoulders and back when you curl hands to your shoulder. You have to do it for 12 times for maximum result.

And the next practice is easier than the one we just talk about. It is whittling wheelbarrow. You also attach the trx suspension trainer on the door or on the wall, and then hook toes to the handle with facing other side of the wall. And during the process the tool is always behind you. The movement is so easy that there are problems for you to do it for more than 12 times.

The next practice for women that can reshape their body is doing the Butt blaster. You have to put the training suspension trainer behind you and hook right toes into both handles and jump your left foot forward, extending right leg until almost straight, hands on hips. You should also put your left knee to lower into a lunge, knee over ankle and you also have to do this position for at least 12 times to get the maximum result. This will give you a very sexy butt, hips and thigh if you do it regularly.

The next step is doing a best step at home movement. Just like the other rex training experiences, this movement has to be done with the trx suspension trainer and not the other new tools. You have to face the trx training suspension trainer and grip the trx handles with your left hand while your right hand rests on your hip. Do the squat and when you rise, pull your arm back until left wrist is at chest, driving elbow behind you. All of these practices are good and you have to have a trainer watching you.
