Although Raynham has a far smaller population and is known to have a higher concentration of wealth than neighboring Taunton, stores within the town took in about $8.8 million more in revenue from food stamp reimbursement through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) than those in Taunton last year.
