@Chaaarge pletaeu busting is one of the hardest things, constantly trying new things etc, switching to high rep work outs etc,
but like anything else its about dedication, people who are out for fast results, on the off chance they get to where they want, which is doubtful to say the least, they will bounce right back

Love your info Vince it’s so simple and so accurate. If you want to achieve anything you have to put the hard yards and retrain your way of thinking when eating.
We’ve got slack with eating habits and you can see what happens we you
take the easy way out and eat rubbish cause it’s convenient…

I’ve been eating lots of vegetables that are frozen…because i am in my teens and don’t have all that much time to cook in the kitchen. Are these frozen vegetables preserved? Then don’t have much sodium in them and they taste natural. Please get back to me!

hey vince, i got a few question. i weight 140lbs right now, and was 143 last week. i started this extremely low carbs diet, but i start my first meal around noon and end around late midnight. will this effects my goal to get a six-packs?

another question is one thing that i notice when i gain or loose weight, i still have the same amount of lower belly fats, i can see my top 4 packs fine but the last two is cover with fats. my arms, back, and chest are looking good, and i have really big legs.

Wow that’s cool. Come to think of it, all the healthier selections are located at the perimeter of the grocery store. Every grocery store I’ve been to and the one I always go to has the foods that Vince went over at the perimeter of the store. That’s why you can finish in about 15 minutes lol. You just walk around the oustide of the grocery store and you end up at the check out line.
All the boxed processed food are located in the aisles in the middle of the store. Makes things easier.

Thank you for posting this great video! Sometimes you get lost between a lot of choices and variety of food in the supermarket. But, I agree, that combining healthy nutrition with active lifestyle and eat little bid of everything in moderation- this is the way to rich your goals in your Diet Plan.
