    It’s amazing the power of raw foods is not mainstream yet. One day everyone will know and no one will have to die because of greedy drug companies and fast food chains.

    Raw/vegan food has done wonders for my skin, also remember to drink lots of water! but dont expect it to work right away, it took me 5 years for it to finally slow down

    @arbailey12 Mine was horrible. It’s supposed to be a sign of estrogen dominance. So I got off the pill and quit eating soy, and have been doing raw for a couple of weeks and it is getting noticeably better!

    I want to try your advice but does not putting anything on your face include make up? I’m afraid of going without make up.

    so your saying that when you had acne and u tried alot of creams to solve your problem and that everything you used was making it worse. So if by putting nothing on your face made your acne go away then what made you have acne in the 1st place? Cuz seriously i dont know any1 that uses acne creams and have no acne. ……………..im kinda confused o.O plz have the patience to answer this…no rush :/

    You mean chemical peels? Your skin was purging. That’s great :) Congratulations.

    I’ve been changing a lot about my diet and such because I’m dealing with a sudden severe acne breakout/folliculitis. I’m going to order your Top 10 pdf/audio book.

    Thank you for these videos.

    @Occultfan
    It shocks yout pancraes and very concentrated sugar of any kind promotes acidity in your body. Eating whole fruit is best. It is not concentrated and you get the fiber in totality. If you read Dr. Hoffman’s book on the Hunza people. They dont’ drink juices, they make juice with glacier water by rubbing apricots in their hands. It is complex but most people don’t know this. Talked to a nutritionist resently, she agrees with this too. Some don’t.

    @gojiberries1 How isn’t it healthy when its made with frenshly squeezed oranged? I dont understand.

    @Occultfan Jucie isn’t very healthy unless you dilute it or if it is certified organic.
    Whole fruits and veggies are better than juice. You get the fiber and all the goodness. The raw diet is great, but Coenzyme Q10 is high in cold water fish. It protects your cells from damage and protects your skin from UV. Plants are low in Coenzyme Q10. Also, iodine is something most people are deficient in. Seaweed is high in this. Seawater is great for skin. She is right about heating oil

    This is a great video. last year I detox but not totally on raw food. I ate aduki beans too. Completely detoxed. I looked in the mirror, and I looked about 19.

    I was amazing ..my skin was white and I didn’t see scars…I am going to try this again with more raw foods. I eat tons of it now.
