I figured I would upload another 10 min cooking school by Robert Rodriguez, Another Recipe I aspire to make one day. This is taken off the DVD “SIN CITY recut and extended” This dvd is a must have especially for aspiring filmmakers.
Now I’m hungry.

These were great. We ended up adding a little Salsa with the potato ones for some added flavor but even without that everything was great.

I should have listened to him. I now have tortillas on my mind constantly. Its been 2 months since I learned how to do this, from this video. and have gone through about 15kg’s of flour almost exclusively making tortillas.
When he pulled out the store bought tortillas I was about to say,wrong tortillas and log out but then he said throw them in trash haha that’s my boy
If you make homemade flour tortillas like this then anything you fill them ip will taste so good,this the secret to good Mexican food.It needs to be freshly made
